How does it work?

Visibility is both a server-side Web component and client software product. When you purchase Visiblity, you download the software to your computer. The server installation has a step-by-step installation which can guide you through the process and is easily installed on most Web servers and hosting environments. The client software is a Windows program which works with Mail Order Manager and is installed on a workstation at your office.

The client software talks to your server and sends order status information from Mail Order Manager to the server-side. When a customer visits your site, they click on an "Order Status" link, the customer is then prompted for login information which is usually their last name, zip code and/or phone number. Their order status information is then displayed to them and they can see detailed order information that was placed with your business either via the Web, Phone or direct. As long as the order status is in your Mail Order Manager database, your customers will be able to view it!

Visibility FAQ

What is the cost?

$2400.00 one-time fee. This covers one domain and one installation. The first year of your support and subscription is included in the price. Annually, there is a $700.00 subscription fee.

We offer a 10-day trial on this product. To take advantage of this, please purchase the product in full, and contact our support staff to install the product for you. After 10 days, if you are not happy, we will refund you 100%.

Do you provide hosting for this product?

Yes. For a monthly fee of $60.00 we can host your order status information and Visibility for you. This is for customers who do not have access to their hosting provider services or cannot run the compatible software requirements.

Do you provide Installation services?

Yes, we will install free on your server as long as the required software is already installed and operating.

When you purchase the product on-line, You can request “Installation Services ”.

This does not include installing MySQL or PHP which can be done at an additional charge.

What about support?

You have access to our help desk and e-mail support for technical support. For problems with the product or service, If you have programming questions or installation support questions, you may be required to pay a professional services fee. We do provide technical phone support for Visibility, these are between the hours of 10AM and 7PM EST time (Monday through Friday).

What is the $600 per year for a subscription fee?

The first year of your support fee is included in the $1899.00. After the first year, you will be billed on your card for the subscription. This is to cover additional updates, enhancements, support and maintenance that you will need to continue to use Visibility.

Because your back-office system is always being updated, and your hosting provider may change your environment. We are contantly updating and changing Visibility to ensure you are supported and your order status is always running. This fee is to allow for future updates and ehancements.

What if you release a new version, like 3.0, am I covered because I pay a subscription fee?

Customers paying a subscription fee are paying for the current release that they purchased.

If you purchased 2.0, and we make updates, you are covered 100% for the cost of upgrading and any changes that might be required on your site for your current version. If you want to upgrade to a later version beyond what you purchased, there will be a one-time upgrade fee and there could be an adjustment to your subscription fee.

I have many domains that I want to run this on, do I have to pay for each domain?

The product is purchased by domain, however, if you have over three domains, please contact support and we can setup a quantity discount offer for you business.

I have Windows on my server, will this solution work?

As long as you can run PHP and MySQL on your Web site, this solution will work. If you are unable to do that, you can alway stake advantage of our hosted version of the product which works exactly the same way, except we host the pages where your order status information will be maintained.

I have a back-office system or inventory system that is not listed above, will this product work for me?

Visibility can work with most back-office systems if there's a way to access a database connection. You should contact sales if you are interested in this product for your back-office system. Visibility can be customized for non-standard supported back-office systems for a consulting fee.
