Do you offer a trial version?
We offer a 10-day trial on this product. To take advantage of this, please purchase the product in full,
and contact our support staff to install the product for you. After 10 days, if you are not happy, we will
refund you 100%.
Do you provide hosting for this product?
Yes. Hosting can be included in your purchase, please request that you require hosting services and Freeportway will
host your Visibility site.
If you host the order status, is this under our domain name?
Yes. We can setup a sub-domain like orderstatus.yoursite.com. We can also run this under SSL
if you require a secure site.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we will install free on your server as long as the required software is already installed and operating.
How is the product licensed?
Each copy of Visibility is bound to the domain "name" it runs on. That means you will only be able to run this product on the licensed domain.
Can I customize the product?
You have the ability to change the interface completely to your needs. The design is contained in HTML templates and uses Smarty to
access the runtime variables. This means you have a considerable amount of control to be able to integrate Visibility into an existing
design or Web site. If you need to make customizations to the products functionality outside the scope of the design, you will need to contact sales.
The product is delivered in a compiled format and the code cannot be changed.
What about technical support?
You have access to our help desk and e-mail support for technical support. For problems with the product or service,
If you have programming questions or installation support questions, you may be required to pay a professional services fee.
We do provide technical phone support for Visibility, these are between the hours of 10AM and 7PM EST time (Monday through Friday).
What is the subscription fee?
The first year of your support fee is included in the one-time fee.
After the first year, you will be billed on your card for the subscription fee.
The subscription covers additional updates, and maintenance costs for Visibility.
This fee is required to continue to use Visibility, if you choose not to pay this fee,
your subscription will be canceled and Visibility will be disabled.
A subscription is required to ensure that your back-office system is supported.
Because your back-office system is always being updated, and your hosting provider may change your environment.
We are constantly updating and changing Visibility to ensure you are supported and your order status is always running.
What if you release a new version, like 3.0, am I covered because I pay a subscription fee?
Customers paying a subscription fee are paying for the current release that they purchased.
If you purchased 2.0, and we make updates, you are covered 100% for the cost of upgrading and any changes
that might be required on your site for your current version. If you want to upgrade to a later version beyond what you purchased,
there will be a one-time upgrade fee and there could be an adjustment to your subscription fee.
Can I run this on more than one site?
The product is purchased by domain, however, if you have more than one domain, please contact sales and we can setup a quantity discount offer for you business.
Discounts are as follows: 10%-off (one-time) for your second copy, 15%-off (one-time) for the third or more copies. The annual subscription fee's are not discounted.
I have Windows on my server, will this solution work?
As long as you can run PHP and MySQL on your Web site, this solution will work. If you are unable to do that, you can alway take advantage of our
hosted version of the product which works exactly the same way.
We also host for customers who are not able to install MySQL or PHP on their servers, so please request hosting.
I have a back-office system or inventory system that is not listed, will this product work for me?
Visibility can work with most back-office systems. Contact sales if you are interested in this product for your back-office system.
Visibility can be customized for non-standard supported back-office systems for a consulting fee.
